G'DAY, I'M AZZA
I've got a few names I'll answer to. 'Fuller', 'Fuller-shit', 'Fat-head-Fuller', or as I call myself... ‘Maddog Fuller’. But most call me 'Azza'. Like the name suggests, I love to have-a-chat, but ultimately the name 'havachat' represents a space for men to have real-talk not small-talk.

WHAT I HAVE DONE FOR MYSELF
I've been a sparky for more than half my life now. I followed in my old man's footsteps and have two brothers that are sparky's too. Some would say it's in my genes. But early in my career, living in mining camps and seeing first hand the extent of mental health and relationship breakdowns in men in this industry, I couldn't keep my big mouth shut about the clear-as-day problem we faced. These blokes were caught in the cycle of earning and providing for their family. They were isolated and not taking care of their physical or mental health. And we were living in a 'quit ya whinging and get the job done' culture. Suicide rates climbed. Nobody spoke about it. Except for me. Pretty quickly I took on leadership roles, trained in suicide prevention in mental health, and became a support person to more blokes than I could count.
This work lit me up much more than crawling through ceilings. So I followed it. I got myself a coach, worked through many of my own demons, and developed a heap of tools.
Today, I still work as a sparky a few days a week (it's good coin). But as a certified Breath Coach and Bush Survival Skills Facilitator, I work with mostly men 1:1, in small groups, and on overnight immersive wilderness adventures.
WHAT I WILL DO FOR YOU
I can’t pay your bills for you, I’ve got my own! But I can welcome you into a community you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported in. I can guide you to a place where the noise of your mind becomes quiet enough for you to remember yourself and your potential. And I can remind you that stepping outside and spending a bit of intentional time in nature, is the equivalent of unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Havachat events are led from a place of shared experience. I will walk the talk alongside you. I like to think I've got some tools to share that will help you out. But I certainly don't know it all. I believe we can all learn from each other when we slow down and listen.
